Pesce Spada alla Siciliana (Sicilian Swordfish)

Ingredients:

  • Swordfish steaks
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Olives, sliced
  • Capers
  • Garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season swordfish steaks with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. In a pan, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and capers. Cook until tomatoes are softened.
  4. Grill or pan-sear swordfish steaks until cooked to your liking.
  5. Top swordfish with the Sicilian-style tomato mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
