Ingredients:
- Arborio rice
- Beef or vegetable broth
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella, diced
- Ground meat (beef or pork)
- Tomato sauce
- Onion, finely chopped
- Bread crumbs
- Eggs
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
- Cook Arborio rice in beef or vegetable broth until al dente.
- In a separate pan, sauté finely chopped onions, add ground meat, and cook until browned. Mix in tomato sauce and simmer.
- Combine cooked rice, grated Parmesan, and a beaten egg. Allow it to cool.
- Take a handful of the rice mixture, flatten it, place a piece of diced mozzarella in the center, and form a ball.
- Dip each ball in beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs, and deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with additional tomato sauce for dipping.
